Hopeless love

By ayrthon

Roses are red
Violets are blue
As long as I’m here
My love will be true

Day by day
Season by season
Life without you is
Committing a treason

Heart so young
Feelings so deep
I gave it to you
All to keep

Heartbroken and rejected
Small and defeated but for you my love
My heart will keep beating

Through hardship and pain
You made me glad
A dream come true
Yet to be had

So thank you my love
For all that you’ve done
My heart is yours
Till my life is done
