Let Me Just Say
As we are all well aware
By the obvious look or stare
It isn't ok to be mean
Even in the eyes of the unseen
We only see what we are guided to
And the eye is in the beholder oh how true
Trust not only what you see
But the personal truth if n need be
People will say ugly things
No matter the hurt it brings
Notice one thing I tell so true
Miseries company consists of me and you
Let not that be your way or how it is always
Because true to the tale it sticks around all your days
By the obvious look or stare
It isn't ok to be mean
Even in the eyes of the unseen
We only see what we are guided to
And the eye is in the beholder oh how true
Trust not only what you see
But the personal truth if n need be
People will say ugly things
No matter the hurt it brings
Notice one thing I tell so true
Miseries company consists of me and you
Let not that be your way or how it is always
Because true to the tale it sticks around all your days
