Loving Ourselves

It is very easy to see the beauty that lies within you. Your spirit
that shines all the time and your amazing courage that you spread
to others.

Your struggles are not in vain because you took the time to say
my life is mine and it is what I have come to embrace. Now I can
breath a moment that finds me when I need to unwind.

Faith controls my day because it paves the way. Learning to stay
strong has been what we all need to be in order to conquer the things
that keep us free.

We hold tight in times of trouble so we can make things right.
Sometimes we express a need to condemn ourselves criticizing and
judging not knowing what our capabilities are.

We need to know what lies within our hearts as we set our boundaries
to stand the time of our spiritual needs understanding our challenges
when they arrive.

We are wonderfully made and created through his grace. That is why
we need to find our purpose as we take the journey to loving
ourselves.
