It glistens softly on us
Our guardian in the sky
It hovers right above us
As we go by our lives

It's ageless as it twinkles
A blue mysterious shine
Its rays are pure and wispy
They'll send shivers down your spine

As she touches you with
Her long and frosty fingers
Her ghostly silhouette
Still within your soul will linger

But there is nothing to fear
As you stare up and sigh
She is your guardian angel
Her wings within you lie

Forever she will protect you
When your heartbeat can be heard
Forever may seem incomprehensible
But to the timeworn moon it's blurred

So deep within her placid haze
Of faint fluorescent light
She glows with timeless wonder
Deep throughout the night
