My Final Embrace
Embrace
Trying to sleep
It’s counting sheep
I am so tired of fighting
When suicide is in handwriting
Counting ways to find embrace
Holding my head underwater
And keep it under
For the chance of embrace
So I can’t feel anymore
So I can’t think anymore
So you can’t tell it’s me anymore
The concrete floor
And my head opening with gore
Falling down the stairs
Crushing my skull
Twisting my body
Written in cursive
My final embrace
Trying to sleep
It’s counting sheep
I am so tired of fighting
When suicide is in handwriting
Counting ways to find embrace
Holding my head underwater
And keep it under
For the chance of embrace
So I can’t feel anymore
So I can’t think anymore
So you can’t tell it’s me anymore
The concrete floor
And my head opening with gore
Falling down the stairs
Crushing my skull
Twisting my body
Written in cursive
My final embrace
