Never Love Again
I'm very protective of my heart.
But for some strange reason,
I've let him tear it all apart.
Not only once have I done this,
but I've gave him my love twice.
Both times he has hurt me,
I should have taken my own advice.
He said he'd fill the hole in my soul,
This was yet another lie.
Now the hole is growing larger,
since the day he said good-bye.
I don't understand why he's
leaving me this way.
I thought I made him happy,
but it was just a game he likes to play.
I don't know how to get over this.
The pain is much to deep.
How can I let him go,
when I gave him my heart to keep.
The one thing that I learned,
is to never trust a man.
So I swear...From this day on,
"I'll never love again."
