New Morning
Love is like a new morning, blooming to wake up.
The smell of the carnations,
as the smell of breakfast unfolds.
As dawn arises,
with the waking of a new day.
When the day breaks
on a beautiful day.
So bright and so full of life,
is the sun formed upon us?
The trees and the flowers
are sent from heaven above.
The new morning is dawning,
into the lightest light.
To bring us the lasting
most brightest of bright.

This Poems Story
I wrote this poem in the hopes that everyone would see the solar eclipse in this poem. The solar eclipse was done on 8/17/17, and when I wrote the poem, the solar eclipse reminded me of that particular day. That picture was taken at approximately 1:23 pm, and it was the closest I could get to take that photo. That photo definitely belongs to this poem.
