Perfectly Imperfect
Violet night skies,Scarlet red petals,
Colors fall in perfect place.
Lacerations so deep,
Pressure that will not stop the bleeding,
Glass broken in perfect pieces.
Changes that disappoint,
Longing gone unsatisfied,
The heart a perfect mess.
An inner pain becoming physical,
A promise to quickly forget this one,
A lie perfectly eloquent.
The mind racing,
Thoughts that are collecting,
Left in a perfect state of discomfort.
Getting overt this with perfect ease.
Perfection can never be achieved.
