Pray without ceasing
Try it, it can be stress-releasing
I had a friend tell me the other day
That she really didn't know how to pray
Just talk to Him like you are talking to me
Try it, it works-just wait and see
When I'm not praying all of the time
My life stops having much meaning or rhyme
God wants us to speak to Him from the heart
And He promises He will do His part
I pray for family and for friends
And for my enemies and forgiveness of sins
I'm praying for you as I'm writing this
I can't afford any opportunity to miss
I ask for your prayers once in a while
Those are the times I really smile
Pray without ceasing
And watch your blessings start increasing
