Sacred Love
I push away
Just to pull you back
I hate I’m this way
Wish my outer shell would crack
These wall are always up
You’ve made the climb several times
But when will you have had enough
I’ll shatter fine
You’ll remain intact tough
You always fill my cup
If these walls decay
If they crumble to your feet
Will you stay
Or am I left to pick the pieces
Repair what once was high-up
I’ll miss you face
Your touch
I’ll save your space
Who knew it’d hurt this much
Can’t cover this hurt with makeup
I knew it would end
Sometimes I like to pretend
Like I didn’t know what you intended
You were my friend
It should have never been
Just to pull you back
I hate I’m this way
Wish my outer shell would crack
These wall are always up
You’ve made the climb several times
But when will you have had enough
I’ll shatter fine
You’ll remain intact tough
You always fill my cup
If these walls decay
If they crumble to your feet
Will you stay
Or am I left to pick the pieces
Repair what once was high-up
I’ll miss you face
Your touch
I’ll save your space
Who knew it’d hurt this much
Can’t cover this hurt with makeup
I knew it would end
Sometimes I like to pretend
Like I didn’t know what you intended
You were my friend
It should have never been
This Poems Story
I write my feelings since I can’t express them, this is my story currently we’re all forever changing, I’m deeply in love, but I can feel myself pushing them away and I can feel the end, and that’s what the end feels like to me.
