Sanctuary of death
The sound of gunshots are the music for our soul
Living in a city of rapture
War is the carnival of our street.
Heads roll off charred bodies
Cold blooded streets!
Babies crawling next to the carcass of their mothers
The pang of hunger inflicting pain and confusion,
Tears flooding their faces
Oh poor orphans!
Thirst for blood is the anthem of war
Sophisticated arms seeking to shatter living bodies.
Those fighting religious course, death is honor
A striking phenomenon.
Beautiful homes turned garbage
Collapsed buildings Littering a once peaceful city
Disturbing effect of explosive device comes with disheartening souvenir
My trembling feet refusing the order of movement from my stupor brain
To proceed is to dive into the Red Sea of human blood
Bodies piled up around in their place of death, birthing maggots
Yet! The drum of war still echoes
Bullets anticipating to bury itself in the flesh of it victim
War is a beautiful pain,
The result lingers in air till the death of Mother Earth
