I'm silent as I listen to the lies you tell
I'm silent as I watch you scream, shout, and yell
I'm silent as you rant and rave
I'm silent as I continue to let you dig your own grave
I'm silent and it angers you,
I'm silent and you don't know what to do
"Say something," is what you scream
I say nothing and keep my demean
My silence is killing you
You want a reaction, a response
A word or two,
So you sit there,
You stare,
But still have no clue
That I'm silent because I've given up on you
