SKIN TAG

You can degrade black skin, but that don’t describe what’s within.
Never judge a book by it’s cover!
Always seem to be directed at me, and of people of my same degree!
But they say “that is never the way we are treated”!
Oh but by the content of his character, has been rooted deeply.
Just so we don’t oppress The oppressor breathing!
Even the bible says, “some of you will be slaves”, and we were!
Yes we built this country, as we sung humbling praises,
“THANK YOU, JESUS”, to that Caesar Bourgeois, mane!
Here it is eighty years later and you still can’t get a car in your name.
You see cause blacks ain’t suppose to ride, yes, that’s that slave mentality!
Yea, I know, not my mindset, that’s them and some of us, just one in the same.
You see it’s in “THEM”, that’s the way, they were trained,
But Us, “Nah”, and ain’t a thing changed, now you just a modern day slave.
Where minimum wage is less than what the rent is to be paid!
WAKE UP My PeOpLe because you still a slave, a slave to the system, of voluntary rage.
So this is the price that our ancestors paid, for you too still be considered unconstitutional to this day, and just a “SKIN NAME”
