Star Crossed

If I travelled the entire world I would have been to many places
Met many beautiful people and many beautiful faces.

I would have seen many monuments built by enslavement
and many ancient sculptures that spark great amazement.
But one sculpture strikes me far more than the rest
and when i see her, I feel love radiate from my chest.

I've scaled the acropolis of Ancient Greece
I've walked through the beautiful roman streets
I've climbed mountains and seen sunsets of the infinite above
Burning like an ember a metaphor for our love.
I've climbed Everest and I would do it all again
