Sunlit Sea

Blinding light
Glimmering on the sea
Waves of wonder come and go
I feel the heat, the breeze.

The glimmer of hope
Dangling in the air
The sand beneath
The morning light has come.

Everything is brightening
Filling me with passion for the sea
The world awakes with smiling faces
A new day has come.

The days come and go
Just like a ripple in the sea
Filling the world with such beauty
Everyone is changing
While the world is diminishing.
With nothing left but a memory.
