Sunrise, Sunset

By Abbagail Wells

Sunrise, Sunset
One to the east,
the other the west

Sunrise, Sunset
The most beautiful
times I ever met

Sunrise, Sunset
both are lovely
but yet,

Sunrise, Sunset
Most like Sunrise,
and not Sunset

Sunrise, Sunset
Some like Sunset,
but not Sunrise

Sunrise, Sunset
but I'll bet
a few

a very few,
like both of you,
maybe no more than two

but if two is a few,
then a few is some,
and some is better than none

Sunrise, Sunset
One can't exist,
not without the other

So how can some
like one
and not another

Sunrise, Sunset
both different, but
bound together
