That One Thing

I think the key to life may be
as simple as it gets,
we’re programmed to believe we can’t
forming weakened mindsets.

If you believe in anything
from God to Santa Claus,
and never waver from your truth
it simply is, because.

Then there’s nothing you cannot do
there always is a way,
if it meant life or death there would be nothing more to say.

It has to mean something to you
and you have got to fight.
By any means necessary
If you know that it’s right!

It may seem easier to ask
if it is possible,
believe me when I say it’s not
we’re built unstoppable.

Don’t over think what it is that
you decided to do,
the moment you start questioning?
then it’s already through.

So stay the course even though hope
may be wearing quite thin,
you knew damn well when this began
that you were going to win.

Don’t change it up before you get
to witness your outcome,
there’s nothing back there to see
except where you started from.

So focus on what lies ahead
and what’s in your control.
To waste your time and energy
will compromise your soul.

Theres nothing more powerful than
making your dream come true.
Restoring faith cause you stated
exactly what you’d do.
