The Cross of Redemption
Blood droplets romancing the earth
A body webbed in tear inflicted by reed
Twisted a crown of thorns and placed on his head
Spat on his face and struck him mercilessly in the lagoon of his blood
Death by crucifixion
Far from noble death!
Life struggling to desert his human body
A show of tempest surfaced
A dark morning!
The centurion army gripped with fear
A man called God is dead.
Lower his remains into the tomb
We shall bury their God before their eyes
In the dark of the night while the soul of men were taken against their will in an illusion called, sleep
A celestial body rolled away the stone,
He emerged from the tomb of life,
He is not here
See the place where he lay
He has risen!
