The Girl Who Tried
She stretched through the bars of her cage, insecurity.
She reached out for something new, with uncertainty.
For a while she held on though her grip was slipping.

She reached out for something new, with uncertainty.
For a while she held on though her grip was slipping.
Then, quickly it was gone and she was left in the cage swinging.
