The Race
In this race of life, we all compete
Bound by a common heartbeat
In the vast expanse so wide
Many enemies we must outride
Some are seen, some unseen
Some are cruel, some are keen
They make us strives
And challenges us in this race to survive
Fear and doubt is our constant foes
In our mind they often pose
Hatred, greed, and jealousy
In our hearts they claim their fee
For every enemies we face
Makes us a child of the human race
Bound by a common heartbeat
In the vast expanse so wide
Many enemies we must outride
Some are seen, some unseen
Some are cruel, some are keen
They make us strives
And challenges us in this race to survive
Fear and doubt is our constant foes
In our mind they often pose
Hatred, greed, and jealousy
In our hearts they claim their fee
For every enemies we face
Makes us a child of the human race
