Through the window: part vI
Through the window I sit and stare at the pain, like a movie that's playing along in my brain, my life like the cars of a derailing train, my world it no crashes, a spiraling plane, my love like a car that's swerved out of lane, my heart stands alone as it burns in the flames, nobody can see through these visions I glare, now lifeless the man at the top of the stairs, feel him I don't in the vessel he's been, the ghost I now feel as it creeps through my skin, it's eerily dark, a haunting indeed, but am I haunting him, or is he haunting me?, a spiritual demon now lurks In the dark, a demon created right from my own heart, the beast that's inside me still seeks a way out, the demon he muzzles the beast as he shouts, inside there's a conflict like fighting a war, theres parts of my soul that are beaten and torn, I will not succumb to my devilish ways, the beast will no longer come out to play, so as I sit in this window and stare at the pain, that's really a mirror reflecting these eyes that I blame.
