Trust
For me to say that I love you, and I'll always stay here by your side, that's no easy task for me, because my heart I feel has died.
So many times I have put my trust into another, just to have them turn and lie to me and hurt me in ways that made my soul shudder.
You show me more than I could of imagined could ever truly be shown, and fill my life with love unlike I've ever known.
So once again I'm trying, I'll open up this time, I just pray I won't regret it, please be gentle with my heart, soul, and mind.

This Poems Story
Over my lifetime I have been abused, beaten, and lied to consistently. Now I have met a women whom I want to trust more than anything, this is a brief way of saying what I need.
