Unloved
I know that you will repel this song
It’s fine, I’m sure nothing is wrong
Just come with me my love and only one
And together let us sing along
For in your arms is where I belong
Your tenderness and love sing a thousand word
A melody so gentle I have never heard
A whisper, chirping sounds like the early morning bird
I was shy with shame -
but asked what’s your name -
You stayed quiet, not a single word
As your eyes displayed the love flame. -
You took a step and close to me you came -
And said you wanted to be loved
And said you wanted to be touched
The love grew slowly without being rushed
Still I was left unloved
It’s fine, I’m sure nothing is wrong
Just come with me my love and only one
And together let us sing along
For in your arms is where I belong
Your tenderness and love sing a thousand word
A melody so gentle I have never heard
A whisper, chirping sounds like the early morning bird
I was shy with shame -
but asked what’s your name -
You stayed quiet, not a single word
As your eyes displayed the love flame. -
You took a step and close to me you came -
And said you wanted to be loved
And said you wanted to be touched
The love grew slowly without being rushed
Still I was left unloved
