Victim of the Invisible

You scream but nothing comes out
There is a drill in the side of your head
And glass under your feet
With lava in your veins
And an electric eel inside you
You become an alien to society
Everything you touch is sharp like needles
And hot like blacktop on a summer day
Everything you love is taken away
Small noises sound like thunder
And bright lights bring nothing but pain
You feel elderly with a short memory
But weak as a young child
Every day you wake with your jaw anchored
Bones breaking with every step
You're an inmate in your own prison
Being abused by yourself
Only to become depressed and angry
You can't move
Your legs weigh a ton
You feel the earth spinning
And knives stabbing with every touch
People look but they don't see
You couldn't even satisfy a fly
Worst of all you're stuck like this
Invisible forever
