What Have We Become
Just think how inhumane it must feel to have no voice
I mean with non mute reasons as if we were given no choice
What would you do if every time you speak or had spoke
There were those who kept you silent in some kind of revoke
I am flattered that I was instilled this glorious [within me] fight
That would not allow any impossibility, nor obstacle, or plight
If every time you tried to say your feel or speak your mind
Will others agree ? Because different I'm afraid is how you'd find
And when we are never heard not even once in our life
How ever could anyone learn struggle if not through our strife
The fact that we are the key to our survival
Makes me fear for lack thereof of instinct even primal
What think you of the past and now to what has become
Has passed you and now your fears are selfish for [you]
the only one
