When Do We Figure Time Out
With so many things left to be said
I feel as if I'll never do so before I'm dead
Where does the time truly go
Something I guess we'll never know
If there were a way to travel in time
Would that not be something sublime
Even if we tried our hardest still we would fail
Always finding reasons that we couldn't sale
I know we are given what is deemed as enough
Yet dissatisfied we cry with only our bluff
I assume that it's the idea of less than most
If those before could, then we should easily coast
There is a small chance that our time is now lessened
Because the place we set for 'God' sadly isn't even second
I feel as if I'll never do so before I'm dead
Where does the time truly go
Something I guess we'll never know
If there were a way to travel in time
Would that not be something sublime
Even if we tried our hardest still we would fail
Always finding reasons that we couldn't sale
I know we are given what is deemed as enough
Yet dissatisfied we cry with only our bluff
I assume that it's the idea of less than most
If those before could, then we should easily coast
There is a small chance that our time is now lessened
Because the place we set for 'God' sadly isn't even second
This Poems Story
