Where the Fairies Dance
There's a ring you find in the summer, in the center of a field,A ring that's made of mushrooms, a ring that looks unreal.
When the night that is midsummer falls upon that hidden glen
Fairies meet within that ring to dance their dance again.
There in the middle of the night when all time begins to slow
The moon shines from up above on the green field down below.
The night birds sing their melody. Frogs croak out a lively beat.
The crickets chirp in rhythm to the fairies dancing feet.
I can not tell where it is, but if you're there by chance
And sit down very quietly, you can see the faries dance.
They will not let you watch them if they know that you are there.
They will turn themselves to moonbeams and vanish in the air.
