Elemental Design

the northern winds blow
revealing the gateway
for the winter's new warrior
to traverse this earth

from the east, life draws its breath
spreading enlightenment
as the new spring pollen
is spread by the wind

of the south's sweet heat
passion breeds love
and summer's goddess
casts her charms of fire

the mystery of the western skies
stills time to death
as autumn leaves fall away
and the sea waves on

into the unknown
where divine truth lives
our aged warrior is welcome
and takes his seat on the throne
