Elixr to Odd
Come out to the party, come out to the show
Emerge from the dark, step out of your home.
Talk to a stranger, stand on a stage
Use your sweet voice, conversation engage.
Pull back your hair, lose the big sweater
Step into the sun, enjoy the nice weather.
Don’t isolate, or be such a recluse
Don’t tie yourself in a social noose.
Smile a little, stop biting your nail
Stand up straight, so you don't look so frail.
Take a bite, you’re getting thin.
Don’t tear at your wrist, don’t open your skin
Be a good girl and shut your knees
Honey, you are your own disease.
I always know best, so let me play god
Here I lay down the elixr to odd.
