Mentaity

What is life if not to trudge through the sorrow,
Wondering if there is a purpose to it all,
Oh how I beg for the exuberant light to be there on the morrow,
Bringing me into it’s warm embrace saving me from the fall,

Like a body that floats to the top,
When you can’t get up no matter what,
Falling faster than a tear drop,
Afraid that the door is forever shut,

Watch out you can’t begin to spiral,
Keep a clear head before things get wild,
The fear spreading like a disease going viral,
A mental breakdown would be putting it mild.
