Dead to love

Neverending is the cycle of insanity for the heart, the hope for things we want, the vanity tears us apart. The emptiness of love, it's coming and going, howls in your ears like a hurricane blowing the ashes of the burning desire away, it's darkest before dawn but dawn never comes, yearning for the intensity of the sun's rays shining on the cavity left behind in the wake of the destruction of my mind. Tomorrow I'll wake up to find a new world of wondering if this is the end or is this where it begins. My head spins and I try not to think back to being just friends, between here and there, is a lifetime of plans and the rest of what I had to give. So now im between heaven and hell somewhere with no life to live.
