The miles between us.
Looking upward ever hopeful from the mire that ensnared. Sending prayer up toward the higher power for my hearts repair. Like a beam of a sunrise and cool summer breeze you distracted my mind from the constant despair. Hopeful the miles after a while no longer keep us from what it seems God prepared. Patiently I wait for the day to come, not letting my faith succumb, until you wake up to the day that I'm there. The miles between us hopefully teach us patience until his and hers is now theirs.
