The echo of my screams carries out through the night.
A feeling of pain; as love sears through these veins.
I stay up and worry that I will not make it through this fight.
Blood seeps from these cuts; too tight are these chains.


My tears are streaming from these swollen eyes.
Rapidly beating; my heart wants to end this.
Broken and scarred is how you have left me because of your lies.
Poison; is the happiness that comes from your kiss.


You shout of your hatred and all I want is your love.
My body feels like its going to explode; yet I know that I will survive.
Black and blue shapes appear as you continue to shove.
I write the letter and say my goodbye; without you now I am alive.
