Lantern’s Glow
A spark ignites the frozen dark,
Its flame, a fleeting, fragile arc.
It dances wild on trembling wick,
Its shadows spin, both slow and quick.
The night consumes its golden thread,
While embers whisper what’s unsaid.
Each flicker hums a song of life,
Of birth, of death, of burning strife.
Yet ash becomes the phoenix’s plume,
A pyre that births the brightest bloom.
Its flame, a fleeting, fragile arc.
It dances wild on trembling wick,
Its shadows spin, both slow and quick.
The night consumes its golden thread,
While embers whisper what’s unsaid.
Each flicker hums a song of life,
Of birth, of death, of burning strife.
Yet ash becomes the phoenix’s plume,
A pyre that births the brightest bloom.
